Refunds are available if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled class.
If we cancel a class (e.g., due to weather), you may choose a credit toward a future class or request a full refund.

Include your name, class date/time, and reason for cancellation.
Once approved, we’ll refund your payment method within 7 business days.
Please note bank processing times may vary.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of class start time are ineligible for refunds.
If you attend the class, no partial refund will be provided.
Merchandise or gift vouchers once delivered can only be refunded under applicable consumer laws.
You can reschedule a booking, with no extra charge, if done 24 hours before class.
